Provide a reference model for identifying the logics that enable or hinder the implementation of a change management plan and for identifying the key elements for effective management of organizational change: design and governance.


The course delves into the concepts of “culture of change,” the phases of the change management process, the relationships underlying complex systems and the inter-system link between sub-systems, the concepts of vision, mission, strategy and resistance to change, motivational, organizational, personal and technological aspects.
