and tools for managing its Regulatory Framework, considering it an enabling and facilitating element for business.<\/p><p>IMC, in partnership with BIP, supported the Group in defining and implementing the Framework for the representation of Processes and Procedures.<\/p><p>The activity was carried out using a project approach organized in phases, during which functional requirements for the representation and governance of information were identified through thematic workshops. Using the ARIS platform (by Software AG), the process taxonomy, the representation methods for organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities, the application systems supporting activity execution, and the methods for representing process flows were defined.
