Reale Mutua Assicurazioni wanted to improve the sharing of information and processes within its corporate network. To do this, an integrated framework for managing activities and roles was defined, and the production of a “processbook” was initiated: a corporate portal for consulting and searching information on processes and organization charts.
IMC Group developed an advanced technology solution based on the ARIS platform, introducing a common methodology for mapping processes and organization charts, ensuring uniformity and consistency. The goal was to provide an integrated and versatile tool to support daily activities, automating and standardizing processes and ensuring traceability and transparency of information available to all employees.
Over 200 business processes were mapped, enabling centralized management of the information needed to automatically update internal regulatory documents such as policies, regulations, and procedures. Digitalization reduced errors and simplified access to information, while the configuration of functionalities for governance and traceability of periodic updates ensured effective control over process evolution.
