Once an integrated framework for managing business activities and roles was defined, the production on the company network of a “processbook” was initiated: a corporate portal through which to consult and search information related to business processes and organizational charts.
Reale Mutua Assicurazioni is today in Italy the largest insurance company incorporated as a mutual company. This set-up implies that the company is not listed on the stock exchange, nor does it have shareholders. Anyone who subscribes to a Reale Mutua policy becomes a shareholder.
The company boasts about 1,413,061 policyholders, 343 agencies, about 1,307 employees and more than 98.8 million euros in net operating income.
