Course Outcome
Provide methods and tools for the assessment of organizational structures and business processes to identify and remove organizational and technological limitations for the definition and implementation of an effective and efficient “process oriented” organizational model.
Description
The course, starting from the analysis of classical organizational models, develops through the analysis and evaluation of the fundamental elements of business organizations and on the key role of adequate management of processes and their constituent elements as a central element of dynamic, effective and efficient organizations: identification of non-value-added activities, input-output analysis, continuous improvement.
