Course Outcome

Provide Top Managers and Entrepreneurs with personal and relational skills, useful for the full development of their leadership. By the end of the course, participants will master how to: 1) Be focused on the actions they need to take to achieve their goals; 2) Manage logic and emotional component, for full involvement of their employees; 3) Know and manage the difference between Function, Role and Responsibility; 4) Delegate effectively; 5) Motivate people; 6) Manage conflict; 7) Communicate effectively and persuasively; 8) Plan, make decisions and solve problems; 9) Be a team leader.

Description

The course is developed on two levels. The first, called ” Basics.” , addresses the core issues involved in the leader’s personal ability to relate to their environment, through instinct and logic. The course delves, concretely, into what is meant by one and the other, hinting at how to harmonize them in daily activity. Also in this first part, topics related to emotional intelligence and its relationship to the leader’s logic and morality are addressed. In the second level, called ” Tools,” participants are offered the full range of key leadership activities ( vision setting, time management, decision making, planning, risk management, conflict management, creativity and innovation) in the light of the new logical-smart leadership.
